I Was busy today..

I was so busy today took my son’s car up to get the oil changed which by the way took way to long and had a nosy salesman there that would not leave me alone but I manage with many phone calls to my daughter to reduce my stress level, thank you Christy for helping through that time..
Then off to go to do the last of my laundry at the laundry mat Christy offered to bring it by but it was to much at that time i had to use a big boy .. man I didn’t realize how many socks I own lol..
Then home to finish up some paper work for unemployment appointment tomorrow .. grr will it ever end .. I have been looking for a job but nothing that I want at this time ..
Then I stopped at walgreens and picked up a few things and walked by these alli diet pills and read on it that they were all natural now thats a diet pill I think I would enjoy using .. So next time i get paid I think I will pick some up and give them a try.

This is my Granddaughter Kailei Shaey at age 3 saying The Pledge of Allegiance it is the cutest thing I have ever heard. Listen very close when she says states, it shoulds like she is saying Steaks lol. So cute

I burned my thumb

Boy yesterday I made some home made chicken and noodles and then made some sugar cookies, using pampered chief cookie press I borrowed from my daughter it was fun to use but I think that , using the already made up dough from the store is allot harder to put in the press then if I would of just made it myself , which i plan on doing soon , but today I’m going to try to make some sugar free chocolate chip cookies again.. I was using margerine the last two times , the first time I made them it was with regular butter and they was so so good .. so this time I’m going to give it another try with real butter.
Getting back to the burn when taking out the cookie sheet .. stupid me picked it up with a dish towel that was a little bit damp .. big mistake really big mistake ..its almost my whole thumb and still hurts today .. It took about three hours for the pain to stop after running it under cold water for about 20 minutes and then holding ice on it still very painful and then I read somewhere to put alcohol on it and it worked right away but had to put it on a napkin and hold it on there for another 30 minutes .. I guess we will learn by our mistakes and this one was a big one .. I do have to say I don’t have a bad blister on it but you sure can tell there could of been one its very discolored.
Well off to get dressed and start baking them cookies..

On day I wish..

On day I wish I had good insurance so I can get rid of all the baby belly that I acquired with having three c-sections that amounted to 4 babies lol.. I so want this surgery but I know that they will tell me that I need to lose more weight to get to the right size to do the surgery, So I began to look around on the internet to find something that will help me lose the weight .
I came across a weight loss product called Leptovox and just might give it a try not only does it help you lose the weight it helps with your outward appearance so that too will be a big plus.
Wish me luck with this next journey of my life.
A Me Day..

Its been a Me day yep spent it all by myself till just about 20 minutes ago which would make it about 10 p.m.
So what did I do today .. well slept till almost 11 a.m. yep and then got up took the dog out she had to go potty she slept in to..
Then ran to the store to get me some Diet Pepsi and something to eat for lunch .. brought it back home and ate and watched tv and then worked on a laptop for a friend of mine took me about 2 and half hours with the sprint guy only to find out that it was one little check mark and bam it worked.. grrrrrrrr..
After that around 6 p.m. I decided to fix me a peanut butter half of a sandwich ate that and then watch tv some more , then a bit ago the dog woke up she is a sleeper lol.. and needed to go potty again .. oh wait before that I took a hot bath and relaxed and did all the girlie things like shave my legs and then just relax .. then after the bath it was time to take the dog out .
At that time hubby came home and he finished taking the dog out while I came back upstairs and carried the pies up yep pies he got them at the auction . they are made by the Amish there In Iowa.
I cheated and had a piece of custard and pumpkin , I was so bad well they were small pieces and those are all I’m going to have lol. Hubby will eat the rest of both of them..
Well that was my day .. might sound boring to you but to me it was so so nice and quiet and peaceful.

I decided to put up some of my candle tarts on ebay.. I really miss making them and with me being laid off I need to start selling them I have many more to list but its late tonight and I just got the bug and starting listing..
I will list more tomorrow.. please go check out my ebay auctions and give them a look ..
And if you get a chance come back tomorrow and see the new stuff I’m going to be put up .. I have some pillar candles I will be listing also .. I have some new great scents for this fall. you will love.

I also wanted to show you what I made tonight .. I seen the pattern on a website to make these dolls mini dolls but I made this with my ISM knitting machine it was so much fun to make..
what do you think.
I made her and embroidered her face on because I don’t want any little kids to pull off buttons or so, she measures probably 20 inches long.. and i just know I will have to make more for the girls, probably make a little lacy dress for them.. who knows might have to make a coat and booties for them to ya know your baby’s have to stay warm. I put the K on this doll because this one will be for one of my Granddaughters probably will have to end up going to my Kailei girl.. and now I must say i will have to get more yarn lol. See I had to take down my standard studio knitting machine to make more room. well actually didn’t have to but did for my son he came back home again and he needed the space for his computer and tv.. And now I get the best of both worlds I get my son back home and get to see my other grandbabies.. cant wait till tomorrow to see them..
let me know what you think of the doll.. and if any of you have more ideas about the cloths for them I would much appreciate it.. I’m sure the boys will want a boy doll too..

Looking for a Area Rug

My mom is redoing her downstairs basement and she was thinking of putting tile down there as its finished and everything but we are in the process of ripping up the old carpet that is down there .. Her basement dont leak or anything but it doe get a little cold and damp down there so she thought that putting tile down instead of carpet would be a good thing , that way she would only have to get a Area rug for it,
So I went in search online for a Area rug for her and came across this site with modern furniture on it and it has some very reasonable and very nice area rugs ..
I will have to take my laptop down to her house to show her them or maybe just print out a few of the ones I think she will like to let her see.
I have been very busy since being laid off and today is one of them days that I get to relax today till later I get to have my first born grandchild Jonathan while his mom goes to a meeting ..
I don’t usually get him so we are going to do some fun things hopefully I wont bore him lol..

I had a good time till money started going out the door lol.. well it was fun .. Its a new game to me and sometimes I just dont make the right choices.. I dont think I will go back its ok and the first time I went i really had fun but now I guess when you played the second time and then people started to say things like this is wrong or why didnt you do that .. you need to pay attention.. I guess I’m not cut out for this game..
I think I will just do something else on Saturday nights and have less stress.. its not worth it to me ..
Dont get me wrong these people are really nice but I just get to stressed to play .. again not worth it to me and money is precious to me to lose .. I always say if you cant afford to lose dont play.. lol.

I would love to take a vacation , which probably wont be soon but in the near future I would love to and was checking on the internet for so help with getting to a vacation spot. I came across this site that have some Outer Banks rentals which would help with finding the perfect place .
Staying in a motel cost allot now days but if we could rent a place for the week we might could save money to spend on something else.. Like new things for me.. and souvenirs . thats another thing I wonder about , when people go on vacation they bring people back souvenirs and what do they do with them put them in a china cabinet and look at then dust them .. they are memory’s of places that person didn’t get to go to lol..
I do have an ash try though that my daughter brought back from Cancun which I love and still cherish to this day..
Just dreaming of the time we get out of this rut and go on vacation.
