Think it should be Mandatory.
I think it should be mandatory in all homes where there is children and adults, whether they be old or young to have a lead test kit to make sure that there is no lead in the place were we live. So much can go wrong with paint with lead in it. I have been in places were I lived were they had to test the paint chips that was falling off the walls because were I live there is a lot of humidity and if you don't have the right paint on your walls it will chip and just peel off . You now can have chips tested before you move in and if it has lead in it they will have to scrape and put a primer and then repaint your place. I lived in one of them places along time ago and back then they didn't know about the lead it was many years ago when my children was very young , I'm so lucky that my children didn't end up with lead poisoning .
