Been Making cakes.
I have been making cakes as you well know , and I even entered a cake contest. I'm sure I will not win but it was fun making the cake for the contest and the more I make them the better I get , I love learning new things . I think what I'm going to do though is to make my cakes ahead of time and then freeze them so I can just decorate them and practice because making the cakes and decorating them all in one day is a trip. so wish me luck , from what I have seen from the contest place the people there make beautiful cakes being just a beginner I will surely will have to step up my work lol. But its good experience.
