Doctor Said..
Well my doctor did a test for cholesterol and it was a bit high and wanted to put me on cholesterol medication but then thought twice about it because of being adopted and not knowing my background, some peoples cholesterol runs high anyway so he decided against it. Said that he would another test on me next year to see if its going up or not so hopefully I won't have to go on medication because its just me.
Sorry to hear your level is high, but you’ve been given some time here to do what you can to have it under control by next year. You sound like me…I want to live my life as medication-free as I can!
