My Son-in-law
Ok my son-in-law sure had lost alot of weight and it seems that he is getting himself in shape he goes to the gym allot and I was thinking of getting him a Kettlebell so he could do more exercise at home looks like something that he would like to do. I would get one for me but seems that my arthritis is acting up with the weather getting cold. My Mom just hated the cold weather she would ache all the time. Now its sad to say I do to so I guess cold weather is not for me either.
