But that for me could be dangerous so i better stop that one. anyway I said before about diet pills and what was the best diet pillsout there, but you know if you really wanted to lose weight and get yourself in shape just watch what you eat , don't drink well if you do , do it in moderation, as I personally don't drink don't have a need to. We need to exercise some also .. to me that's going up and down the stairs doing laundry and such that's my exercise lol.
