My Yesterdays

That my Mom is on right now would or could kill a horse. She is one tough cookie, its nothing like adhd medication like what my Grandson is on, but it still puts my Mom into a weird state of mine. It was nice though to have a conversation with her last night. Its been awhile and I sure do miss those days of spending time out to eat and just chit chatting about all kinds of things.

We will find out more information on what's going on with my Mom, and what kind of infection she's got. The antibiotics seems to be helping, but the pain shot is what makes her all loopy and out in left field. I gotta love mom though.

I've been sitting at the hospital with my Mom alot this past couple of weeks. So I've been trying to keep myself busy while helping my Mom when needed. I've been playing my handheld game, and reading some books and magazines. I just wish the hospital food was a bit better. And todays was...ughhh! I don't know how people can eat that stuff on a daily basis. But I am happy to see my Mom eating something. I know my Daughters have been helping out too by bringing me food, so at least that helps.

My daughter went on a little getaway today for a couple days up to Wisconsin. So I am sitting here at her house, dog sitting. Wow. I don't like to be here alone. But at least I got two BIG dogs to protect me.
