Need to get motivated.
I really need to get motivated I have been walking more and doing allot of running around but I really need to get my act in gear and start eating right , seems that I don't eat at the right time of day that I should have so I have to start that and start looking into getting some diet pills as it seems that I want to eat more late at night then I should have.
Last night I was busy getting a new phone and it was approx 9 p.m. before I actually got something to eat. So that was a big no no. I usually stick to the dont eat after 7 p.m. for me but last night did it for me . I also have a problem with snacking late at night got to quit that to .. So it more veggies than anything else.
