When I was younger
Well actually when I was a little girl my Mom always wanted me to play the piano, one reason I didn't play was because we didn't have one , the second reason was that we couldn't afford it as money and time was spent on more important things like food, schooling etc.
I did go to a catholic school and always had what I needed I was never into keeping up with the rest of the kids with there fashions as in a catholic school we all wore uniforms .
I did take music in school well choirs and sang and loved it .. I was truly amazed at how the teacher could play piano and sing at the same time .
I was hoping that one of my grandkids would take up a musical instrument and be musical , although I have to say my daughters boyfriends son plays in the schools marching band and is very very good at it.
So much for my musical skills.
