Getting hit by a Car
I was accidentally hit by a car it actually ran over my foot , I didn't do anything about it but I could of contacted a Lexington personal injury lawyer but I didn't it was family and it was an accident, although thinking back on it I should of because I didn't have insurance and should of because they didn't pay for the hospital bill .. My foot was badly bruised and I missed a few days of work .
But once again it was family and I guess that i had the wrong Idea about what type this person was, I did go to a lawyer here but they said that it was a small claims case and I would have to pay out of my pocket to get the papers served so I didn't go forward with it just paid the bill myself and have just stewed about it .
Next time which I hope there isn't I defiantly will through with it .
