Been a while.
I have to say that Christmas was fun. New years was crazy and we ended up having 4 of the 7 grandkids. it was fun they was good but you must remember that we live in an upstairs apt and with four grand kids ages 9, 7,7,5 was a trip and at midnight they wanted to blow the horns that there parents brought .. well they could only do that for a few minutes and yes I let them even though the lady that lives downstairs is older and had to get up to go to work the next day .. well its part of New Year's noise and fun we had popcorn with treats in them and the kids just played with there DS and such.. around 1 am it was time to go to bed so we put the girls on the couch and the boys in the futon we have and all was quiet and went to sleep.. Well come morning we realized that we didnt have enough cereal and hardly no bread or milk grrrrr so we had to give them what we had and in the end , cereal , bread and Milk was all gone lol. but they was full .. we still had the kids at lunch and we had mac and cheese and whatever else we could find for them then the bliss there parents came and all went home around 2 in the afternoon.. ya know I dont mind having them but wish I had more food to feed them lol.. anyway that was my New Years and after all had gone we just kind of chilled and relaxed..
What a trip we told the girls that as of next year find another baby sitter we are going to spend the next one alone just the two of us with what ever we want to do snack out or whatever lol..
