Monday , a new day and back to work and peace and quiet.. work went slow , Although we went to Texas Road house on Sunday I had half of it left and thats what I had for dinner last night . I think I did ok make two meals out of one , It seems that no matter what I do or how I cut back down on my meals for my diabetes that I am not losing any weight.
So I was surfing around the internet and came across Phentermine and am thinking about giving it a try to see if that will help me with my weight loss.
I want to get rid of at least 30 more pds then I will be happy .. I'm the type of diabetic that the more weight I lose the easier it is to control my Diabetes.
Last night was a trip to when I got off of work and I went to meet my Daughter Dusty and Christy at Walmart, Dusty needed a little help with some school supplies and my Daughter Christy needed a book bag for Jonathan I told her I would help her get one for him , I'm glad she came down and that he got to pick it out.
Who would of thought that a plain simple book bag nothing fancy would make him happy..
Well got to get back to work ..
