Today Was Grandparents Day
Well today was Grandparents day and what a day it was .. when I got to the school , I went to Kyle's room first since it was downstairs and the closest .. Well I sat down with him and there was this little girl on the end seat and she said Kyle this is your Grandma ? and Kyle said yes.. Well she looked me staight in the eye and said that she had 4 grandma's and one had died .. I said I'm sorry she said thats ok because you look like you are getting ready to die soon too? I looked at her and said why do you say that (this is coming from a 5 year olds mouth remember?) She said because you look old like my other grandma did when she died .. wow I was floored what do you say back to a child after that .. I just said thank you and spent time with my grandson ..
After a few minutes it was time for the kids to go out for recess so I went upstairs to Kelcee's room what a trip that was when I got there they was just getting ready for there music lesson it was so much fun the kids all sang beautiful and was great to hear all there little voices .. this is Third grade kids ages 8 boy , the boys kept getting closer and closer to Kelcee she just ignored them like they werent even there lol..
I guess they better keep a close eye on her when she gets older ..
After that I walked the kids back to there house which is only like 2 and half blocks away and we waited till there mom got off of work .. see my blazer broke down and havent had a car since mothers day..
After Dusty got there we all went to Mulkeys to eat met my Mom and Josh , Dustys Hubby there and we had a good meal and then it was time for me to get to work .. what a long day didnt get to sleep till like 2 am and then go up at 9 .. I just need 8 hours of sleep no more no less but if i get less im done for the day..
Well I'm at work now and tired and things are running slow so makes the time go slower.. come on time fly a little faster.
