My Yesterdays

Well was going to write about the trip but Christy Has already wrote about the trip in detail.. all but the Third day girl you forgot Sunday the crazy day lol.. I guess by sunday we was all tired .. we got up had breakfast which the night before kelcee stayed the night with us in our hotel room and slept with Christy .. she was up at the crack of dawn Christy was and got Kelcee ready and us packed and down at the 6th floor to have breakfast this time kelcee was going to get to eat something.. then we had the van brough around and they packed everything in there for us and off we went to Navy Pier for the comp.. then while we was there we .. meaning me and Christy walked around the pier and christy took many many pictures of it .. it seems I have been up to chicago Navy Pier about a million times and still havent seen it all.. I know how to get around but just havent seen everything .. Anyway we all tired and then started back home just before that we stopped at Portillos and had a hot dog .. they have good food there.. then off we went to head home .. oh and ya we stopped at Dunkin Donuts and got some donuts because we dont have any here in town . Then we headed home .. we lost site of Josh and Dusty and Christy as they were in Christy's van and then we found them again thank god.. all of a sudden the Blazer just went into reverse and died on us we pulled over and they pulled over also . We restarted it and then finished driving home we are going to have it looked it but was very scary.. Oh I do have to add on my blog .. Thank You so so much Meghan and Werner for the fantastic dinner and letting us use your guest parking while we was there . If any of you have been to Chicago Parking there is horrible, and if it wasent for them letting us use his guest parking we would of had to pay 38 dollars a night while we was there. Well will try to keep up with my blog I'm getting lazy .. lol

Were home and very tired .. I had a good time there was a little stress but I really enjoyed my time with my kids.. Christy I wish we would of gotten to spend more time together even though we stayed in the same room its just the National Jam Fest was very hectic and we needed more alone time . will post tomorrow more .. so so tired tonight our car went nuts for a brief moment on the highway going about 70 miles per hour crazy car.. again will post more tomorrow.

Well yesterday was great .. first went with my daughter and her Boyfriend they took me to the Captains Table great food and even better company Thank you Mike and Christy.. and then I also took my cloths there and got my laundry done well you can say christy did it all she is very picky about laundry she wouldnt let me fold my cloths or anything.. Had to leave and go pick up my Mom she isn't feeling well she needed to go to the store and wanted to get something to eat .. we went but probably shouldn't have she is still sick.. She is calling the doc tomorrow .. lets hope they can give her some meds to help her. Then went back to Christys to finish my laundry . and then Raymie and Steff brought the kids by while they went a few places.. and then came back and picked them up we had fun.. I tried to make fudge twice and both times had to throw it away grrrrrrrr.. Will have to give it another try here at home .. I just don't know what happened.. Today slept in till 10 a.m. and then finished up a candle order , actually time flew by and before I knew it it was 6 p.m played with my knitting machine a bit but then got tired of that too.. my sinus's are acting up again .. Well going to take a bath , which by the way this girl never got out of her pj's all day bad Toni.. Later

Well got to tell you about last night first my hubby came home last night with a surprise for me he bought me a big box of Lagomarcino Sugar free candy .. yummy.. now if i can just say out of it long enough to make it last and if i can keep him out of it lol. he has this assumption that he can eat all the sugar free food he wants and not gain any weight WRONG.. it has calories just like anything else .. but his mind dont think that way lol.. Tonight me and hubby and some of my family went out to dinner and a really nice place food was good and had a good time we wont be going out again till next weekend when we go up to Chicago lol.. for Kelcee's cheer leading competition. we are going to have our daughter come with us and we are going to have a good time no matter what.. lol. Tomorrow I have to finish some scarfs for the Cheer group and then probably have to make more grrrrr.. 13 will be done and will have to make 6 more. I like to do crafts so its fun but 19 scarfs? come on they are the type that you cut three different color of fleece and then sew them down the middle and the cut 1 inch slits down each side of them . I got the cutter that looks like a pizza cutter so it just rolls but its the measuring that is taking so long and boy my one arm is getting a little sore lol.. but it will be worth it to see the girls as they are wearing them. Well its late and have to head to bed I also have laundry to do tomorrow.. grrrr Unless I can get my sweet daughter Christy to do it for me maybe she will let me come to her house to finish the scarfs my arm is sore lol..

I think I'm getting a cold I dont know I have been sneezing .. but could be allergies so lets only hope. But we will see .. Anyway Happy Valentines Day to all .. Were spending it at home here were we are nice and warm . money is a little tight right now so we are not exchanging gifts which is ok I enjoyed time with Madison tonight we had so much fun I made her a sweater on the Fashion Knitter I have and she loves it beautiful mint green.. looks good on her I want the bigger USM knitter but for now this one will do .. I can say I have learned so much on this little 50 needle machine that when I do get the larger machine I will be able to work them like a pro.. Well off to play more with my machine..

I lost my domain name for a few hours then lost my candle site for more than that .. it makes me nuts when things like that happen.. I am all set now with everything up and running and hopefully no more mixups lol. write more later.

Oh my I'm so tired of winter.. seems like this one is dragging on more that usual.. I try to find beauty in something about it everyday .. last night while taking the dog out to potty I looked at the snow on the steps and it look like beautiful sparkly diamonds that glistened on the ground .. I drive down the street and look up in the trees and I comment to my husband how beautiful they look after about a week he does point out to me .. look Toni these are beautiful arent they and if anyone knows my hubby he's not the pointing out kind maybe I can just teach him a thing or two about finding beauty in this cold cold weather here.. Well I'm at work and need to get back to it .. might post or add to this comment later today..

Hi all I'm here been busy over the weekend my beautiful Granddaughter didnt place, she is both beautiful and talented and im amazed why she didn't win or place.. I must be the judges they must be blind ..thats it lol. Well she isn't a quitter she will try and try again and when the time is right she will win and it will be worth the wait. Trying to update my postings to see if this will update to the right time. and date. Got that taken care of now here is a pic of my beautiful Kelcee at the pageant Click on Image to embiggen.

I know I missed writing in my blog .. been busy well kinda.. I just havent been the mood to write I guess , I'm missing Kim I know here we go again but I guess its that old saying you never know what you miss till its gone .. I keep remembering the last time I seen him he look so sick and I sometimes wonder if I should of went to see him but would of been upset with myself if I didn't .. I know he would of done it for me .. I look at his picture everyday at my work and remember his smiling face .. I have so many things I wish I could of ask him . So many questions .. no many unanswered questions.. I know I'm rambling . I need to stop that .. but I guess I'm in one of my moods. My Granddaughter Kelcee is in a pagent this weekend I cant wait to see her .. I hope she places she has been in several and won 3 rd place once .. To me she is so beautiful of course im not bias lol .. Been playing with my Fashion Knitter and having some fun with it, learning new things to make with it and of course once I learned how to use it I want more and bigger machine grrrrrr , but not this week bills come first if you want to have heat lol.. Well next week I can maybe think of buying more parts for this machine but for now I will have to wait :( Well got to head off for a bath later all.
